Launching Ground has a skilled and growing team of leaders passionate about this work of godly discipleship through leadership development in churches, school, and families.
We believe that it is critical to make sure our kids are ready to be launched with purpose and direction by the time they get to high school. That means we must launch them from a strong foundation (Biblical) with the true power source (God) with a clear vision and heart for the lost and the tools for success. No one else is going to prepare our kids. It has to be us as parents or it isn’t going to happen.
Santosh Swamidass
Pastor, Founder Launching Ground and Launch Network
Santosh Swamidass is a pastor, architect of Project Based Discipleship, and Founder of the Launching Ground and Launch Network. As the son of Indian immigrants who dedicated their lives to living on mission, his upbringing greatly influenced his commitment to sharing the hope and love of Jesus around the world. After receiving his UCI degree in Computer Engineering and becoming an Olympic hopeful in the High Jump, Santosh accumulated 10 years of experience working in the Aerospace industry while expanding his missions outreach in South East Asia. Both locally and globally, he has over 25 years of ministry experience ranging from teaching the Word of God, planting churches, developing leaders, and building nonprofits. All these experiences have contributed to the formation of Project Based Discipleship and equipping others through Launch Network. Santosh and his wife, Christy, are enjoying the adventure and learnings of discipling their 7 kids.
